During the dictatorship in Spain in the sixties Andrés´ father and mother migrated to Switzerland. They knew each other from the little Spanish village, where they both come from. They married just a few years later in Switzerland. From their first money they built a house in their Spanish hometown - in the “calle de la soledad” (street of solitude).
It was planned to go back one day. Today the house is a ruin.

The Automatic Message is an ongoing audiovisual project between Trevor Jacobson (techno producer) and Tanya Goehring (photographer/non-linear filmmaker).
This time they contribute only sonically with “Braille” – what a title for an audio-work. It is rooted in Techno, Industrial, Noise, Minimal with a great sensibility for sound and subtleness – It´s hard to define and it is exactly what we like at UNOIKI.
